Review today’s explorations and ideas about color.

Add new thoughts to the “Colors Around Us” and the “Shades of Color” charts. Tell children, Today we looked at many shades of colors. Ask:

What happened when you mixed a color with a little bit of white? What about a lot of white?
What did mixing a color with black do to it? Why do you think that happened?
Is it sometimes hard to tell what color something is? Do some colors sometimes look like other colors? Can you give me some examples?
