You can support your child's sequencing skills and math vocabulary by playing some simple ordering games. Try making a list with your child called "What will we do today?" and list your activities by number, like: 1.We will eat breakfast; 2.We will go for a walk; 3.We will go food shopping; and 4. We will go to Grandma's house. As you complete each activity, check it off the list. Use words like first, second, third, and fourth as you talk with your child about what comes next.
